Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing a vendor that manufacturer and delivers the RPM Gatin System, Arian Chart QA and Aria Report System. Place of Delivery: DNC Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina 27705-3897. Response: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to delivery the components listed above. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, business size and Socioeconomic Category (HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Large Business, etc.), and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number. All information is to be submitted via e-mail at James.Brown14ec82@va.gov; information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language. Your responses will be due by 12:00 pm (EST) on Thursday May 31, 2012. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time.
