- SF-1442 RFQ FORM FOR SERVICES This is a presolicitation notice to seal cost and re-striping of parking area for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) located at the National Weather Service, 101 Airport Road, Glasgow, MT, 59230. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $14.0 M. Performance period shall be 45 days after issuance of award. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certification at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on May 30, 2012 and closes June 07, 2012 no later than 04:00 pm MDT. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
