- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 2RJ2D501 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is a sole source to ScanCAD International, 12779 West Belleview Ave, Littleton, CO 80127 this requirement is for one (1) ScanCAD Workstation (ScanFAB), installation/training, and one (1) year maintenance. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005- 59. Set-aside: none; associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430; small business size standard: 100 employees. Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program: not applicable. Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-A7. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation, Jan 1999 - Commercial Items applies, with the following specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision: Product offered, price, and past performance. The objective of this procurement is to acquire the ScanFAB Printed Circuit Board (PCB) reverse engineering software suite, portable scanner, maintenance, installation, and training.
