- In conjunction with Air Force Global Strike Command, WR-ALC/GRU Rotary Branch will be hosting oral presentations at the Museum of Aviation Eagle Conference Room, Georgia Highway 247 & Russell Parkway, Warner Robins, Georgia on June 18 & 19, 2012 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Companies are invited to make a presentation on their capabilities as related to the requirements outlined in the Request for Information, UH-1N MODERNIZATION. Oral presentation time slots (10 minutes with 5 minute additional question/answer period) will be available on a first-come first-serve basis to companies that submit a written request noting interest in making a presentation. To minimize the number of telephone calls, the preferred method of communication is e-mail. Written requests should be sent by e-mail to the primary points of contact listed below. Confirmation of your available slot and instructions for submitting the oral presentation will be provided by June 8, 2012. Your company will be required to submit the presenter's name, phone number, e-mail address and the Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation by June 13, 2012. Due to limited space, the presentation team should minimize the number of presenters (maximum is five). Instructions for submitting the presentation will be included in the notification confirming the assigned time slot with guidelines to ensure presentations are focused toward meeting the intended objective.
