- Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the Regular Overhaul/Dry Docking of the USNS MATTHEW PERRY (T-AKE 9) commencing on/about 1 October 2012. Work will be performed at the Contractor's facility on/about the aforementioned dates. Area of consideration is West Coast. Successful offeror must possessand Agrrement for Boat Repair (ABR) with NAVSEA in order ot receive award.
