- Federal Business Opportunities Information SOLICITATION NO. W9128F-12-B-0032 On or about 14 JUNE 2012, this office will issue Invitations for Bid for construction of the LeCompte and Spring Creek Bank Stabilization. The solicitation will close on or about 17 JULY 2012. This solicitation is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION. Provisions in the solicitation documents will provide site visit information (meeting place, time, points of contact, and access requirements). Project Description: This is a Fully-Designed Project. The work consists of bank stabilization to be implemented at 2 sites in South Dakota; Hughes and Corson Counties. Both sites call for peaked stone revetments. In total, the project will require approximately 13,200 tons of stone, approximately 10,000 square yards of geotextile, and some minor grading. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to ORCA.
