- This acquisition is being authorized under IQ12117009030/RA12117003 for NSN: 6680-01-568-9447, Liquid Level Gage Rod. This item is AMC/AMSC coded 3/L with one approved source listed as Caterpillar (11083) for P/N: 348-6030. The acquisition will be solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Standard Inspection applies. Ship to stock Location in the continental US. Packaging is in accordance with MIL STD 2073-1D. Surge & Sustainment does not apply to this procurement. The quantities to be requested are as follows: Minimum Delivery Order Qty: 346 EA, Maximum Delivery Order Qty: 1,411 EA, Estimated Annual Qty: 1,411 EA, and the Total Maximum Contract Qty: 2,882 EA for the life of the contract. The estimated solicitation open date is 6/15/2012. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
