- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quotes, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set aside for small business. USMC Blount Island Command is specifically seeking Small Businesses (SB) who can supply Research In Motion (RIM) Blackberry server support, software upgrades to provide a secure wireless gateway for Blackberry devices without requiring the owner to possess an email account. Only providers of RIM are requested to respond. Bonefide distributors are hereby asked to provide their small business status, interest, and capability of providing the required server support by 1600 EDT on 31 May 2012.
