- Draft RFP Pricing Sheet Draft Contract Draft RFP Statement of Work Draft RFP Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), pursuant to Contract DE-AC02-98CH10886 for the management and operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) on behalf of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), herewith solicits your proposal for the management and operation of the on-site Child Development Center (CDC). The CDC operates in two (2) buildings that serve ninety-seven (97) children that range in age from six (6) weeks to age four (4), and a certified pre-kindergarten program that serves ages four (4) and five (5). Note, this is the DRAFT RFP. Should parties be interested in receipt of the completed RFP Package, please email the Contract Specialist for a formal request for the document package.
