General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: North Carolina City: Raleigh Delineated Area: · North: Glenwood Ave to Creedmoor Rd to Lynn Rd to Capital Blvd · South: I-440 from Garner Rd to Avent Ferry Rd · East: Capital Blvd to I-440 to New Bern Ave to Person St. to Garner Rd · West: Avent Ferry Rd to Athens Dr to US 1 Hwy Glenwood Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,116 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,872 ABOA Space Type: Class A Office Parking Spaces (Total): Greater of 1 space per 200 RSF on site or Local Code Parking Spaces (Surface): Greater of 1 space per 200 RSF on site or Local Code Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous, on a single level. If offered space is above the ground level, property must have two (2) accessible elevators. Space must be located in a professional office environment. Property must be within two (2) blocks of public transportation. Space cannot be more than twice as long as it is wide. Space cannot be located near railroad tracks. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
