- NAVAIR-PMA202 intends to establish a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement for oxygen concentrators, CRU-99A aircraft oxygen monitors to include panel mount regulators 29255, 29270, 3260011 series. Procurement, sustainment of support equipment of the TTU-520 aircraft oxygen system test sets. TTU-518A/E oxygen concentrators test sets and TTU-452A/E oxygen concentrator test sets. Procurement of hardware to support aircraft production lines included, but not limited to GGU-12/A oxygen concentrators, CRU-99/A aircraft monitors and CRU-123/A aircraft oxygen monitors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. Cobham is the sole manufacturer of noted items and is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to produce noted products. Deadline for responses is 12 June 2012. All correspondence shall reference number N00019-12-G-0017. Interested companies should indicate whether or not they are a small business, small disadvantaged business 8(a), or large business. Respondents must clarify if their firm can provide commerical developmental items that could be monitored, or the technology and expertise for development to meet the Government's needs.
