- This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office intends to award a delivery order to provide and install 3 prefabricated shelters with generators mandufactured by GFRC Shelters to PowerLogics, Inc. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to Part 8, 12, and 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Since Reclamation believes that only one responsible source can fully provide the services that will satisfy the agency's requirements, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOTFOC) was signed by the Chief of the Contracting Office on May 14, 2012. The redacted version of the JOTFOC will be available within 7 days after award at the following web site: http://www.usbr.gov/mso/aamd/doing-business-acquisitions-noncompetitive.html The Government intends to award this requirement on or around June 8, 2012. Vendors that have questions regarding the sole source nature of the requirement or vendors that believe they can fully provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves and send responses to the Bureau of Reclamation - GP-5000; PO Box 36900; Billings, Montana 59107, or faxed to 406-247-7798, Attn: Amanda Somerville, or e-mailed to asomerville@usbr.gov. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 327390; with a small business size standard of 500 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
