- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation, 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements, to Decisive-Point LLC, 3800 N. Mulberry Dr, Suite 302, Kansas City, MO 64116 for the Digital Leader Development Center (DLDC), Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The proposed contract action will provide licensing and technical support to meet the demands of the diverse and critical mission of the DLDC training program. This requirement is for a base and one option year with the base year period of performance from 30 September 2012 to 29 September 2013. Decisive-Point LLC is the sole proprietor of the data rights to the Decisive Action Brigade Level (DABL) & Crucible of Command (CC) software licensing requested. This procurement will be accomplished under FAR Part 12 and Part 15 Procedures. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511. The size standard is $2.5M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
