Description

This is an add-on effort for the procurement of additional sole source 32 NSNs that have been manufactured by or provided for Oshkosh and that are listed on the Oshkosh Corporation (Cage 45152) commercial price list. The scope does not include competitive NSNs that have been manufactured by or provided for Oshkosh Corporation that are or may be listed on the Oshkosh Corporation (Cage 45152) commercial price list. All NSNs are available for download as an attachment to this Fedbizops posting. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed 7 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contact with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources include: Oshkosh Corporation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation as applicable, which if received timely, will be considered by the agency. The intent is to award one contract for the entire price list. All NSNs are available for download under the ?Acquisition download? menu item on the ?DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations?.
