- Repair - Schedule A to be completed and submit with quote Overhaul Description (Specifications) for the Repair of 5 Pump Units The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center LRE Product Line has a requirement to open, inspect and possible overhaul the following: 1. Pump Unit, Evap; Brine 2x3x8, NSN 4320 01-505-2067, Part Number: 03/801EBP005, Quantity: Five (5) Each, MFG: Blackmer Pump Systems. Repairs shall be in accordance with SFLC Statement of Work. All parts are to be OEM original parts and no alternate parts are acceptable. Brand name is mandatory. Must be an authorized repair facility of Blackmer Pump Systems. Award will be based on Open, Inspect and Repair Fees. Delivery shall be USCG SFLC Baltimore, Receiving Room, Bldg 88A, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. Responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received shall be considered by this agency. Request for Quotation HSCG40-12-Q-49113 shall be available for download from fbo.gov until June 6, 2012.
