- Description
- NSN 4920-01-500-1524RN, Part Number AD33480-6, Synchrophaser Test Set, used to identify faulty components in an aircraft's synchrophaser system and check propeller phase angles. Approximately 15.3 inches long, 16.5 inches wide, 16.5 inches high, and 40 pounds. Material: Steel, Aluminum and Electrical Components. Basic year requirement is for 3 each. DELIVERY : Due 365 days ARO; delivery to multiple locations (AF and FMS requirements) All delivery requirements are FOB Origin. This is a sole source acquisition to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (73030), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Synchrophaser Test Set supports the C-130 aircraft and Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation retains complete rights to the data for the design of the C-130 Synchrophaser and propeller systems. Offers will be accepted for the following classes of Surplus: New and Unused Surplus and New & Reconditioned Surplus (Government or Commercial) IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii),All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. Solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 6 June 2012, with a response due 6 July 2012 (30 days later). The RFP will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. Duration of Contract Period: 365 days Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
