U.S. Department of Veterans affairs Cheyenne VA Medical Center Contracting office 442, proposes to enter into a purchase on a basis other than full and open competition for Myriad Genetic Lab Inc. for the Cheyenne Laboratory. This is for genetic testing for the BRAC 1 and BRAC 2 Breast Cancer Genes. This test is to determine a women's genetic disposition to this type of cancer.
