Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to issue a sole source contract to ITT Corporation, 7635 Plantation Road, Roanoke, VA for the acquisiton of one (1) MK-105 Mod 4 Magnetic Minesweeping System. This acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition for the following reasons: ITT is the orignal equipment manufacturer and the only source for the MK-105 Mod 4 Magnetic Minesweeping System. ITT is the Software Support Activity and the drawing Configuration Manager for the MK-105 Minesweeping System.
