- Finalized Item List - Attachment A (as amended in amendment 4) Questions and Answers- Released June 5 2012 Amendments: Amendment 4 on 6/5/2012 : The finalized item list has been attached. All offerors shall submit pricing using this updated item list. Proposals submitted using an outdated version may not be evaluated. In addition, the Government's responses to questions submitted by offerors have been attached. The Government is no longer accepting questions regarding this solicitation and does not anticipate any further delays in the schedule below. Amendment 3 on 5/30/2012: The Due Date for Questions/Product Upgrade suggestions has been extended in the schedule below. In addition, the instructions to offerors has been amended to reflect the following: Interested parties who wish to submit product replacement or upgrade suggestions for items that are either obsolete or discontinued should email replacement suggestions to john.mcdonald@ic.fbi.gov. Please be sure to list both the original item (including CLIN number from Attachment A) and the replacement item including all relevant information including Make, Model, National Stock Number, Unit Price, and technical specifications. Amendment 2 on 5/24/2012: The Due Date for Questions/ Product Upgrades has been extended in the schedule below. Amendment 1 on 5/16/2012: Request for Proposal C002738 has been posted with all attachments. Pre-solicitation Posted 5/15/2012 : The FBI anticipates the solicitation and award of one or more indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity contracts for mobile surveillance equipment. The anticipated schedule for this solicitation is as follows: Schedule Request for Proposal Released by FBI: May 16th Questions/ Product Upgrade Suggestions Due: June 1st, 2012, 5pm EST Response to Questions/ Final Item List Released by FBI: June 5, 2012 Proposals Due: June 15th, 5pm EST
