- CHANGES TO SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A tentative site visit date has been schedule for 14 June 20112 at 10:00 A.M. Contractors interested in inspecting the site of the proposed work need to make reservations with Tom Westenburg, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Telephone: (701) 390-7319 or email Thomas.W.Westenburg@usace.army.mil. Contractors are to meet at the North Dakota State Water Commission (NDWSC) building located at 900 East Boulevard Avenue - basement conference room. After a short office meeting, the participants will proceed to the Hogue Island project site.
