- This is Modification 1 to the synopsis entitled Engineering Fabrication Services (EFS), NNJ12414076R, which was posted on May 25, 2012. You are notified that the following changes are made: A Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled for the EFS procurement. Details of the conference are below. When: June 27, 2012 Time: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Central Time Location: Gilruth Center, Alamo Room, 1st Floor NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, TX 77058 RSVP by: 3 p.m. (CST) June 20, 2012 *Site Bus Tour-Due to badging requirements from security, Please RSVP by the above date and time to ensure your participation and reserved seat on the site tour bus.* AGENDA: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM Registration 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pre-Proposal Conference 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Facility Tours Attendance at the EFS Pre-Proposal Conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a pre-requisite for proposal submission and will not be considered in the evaluation. Attendance is limited to three (3) attendees per Offeror. It is highly recommended that a pricing specialist attend. No verbal questions will be allowed, but you may submit written questions which will be answered at the end of the session. Any changes to the time, date, or location of the conference will be posted on the EFS website at the following address: http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/efs RSVP Procedures: Interested parties are requested to submit the names of attendees (including company name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address) to Marilyn K. Lewis, at marilyn.k.lewis@nasa.gov by 3:00 p.m. (CST) June 20, 2012. In the e-mail subject line, please type RSVP EFS Pre-Proposal Conference. If you do not RSVP by the cutoff date, you may still attend the conference briefing, but not the site tour. Directions to Gilruth: From Bay Area Blvd: Proceed East on Space Center Blvd and go 2.0 miles. The Gilruth entrance is the second entrance on the right. From NASA Parkway East: Proceed North on Space Center Blvd and go 0.8 mile. The Gilruth entrance is on the left. See 'Map to the Gilruth Center' link for a.pdf map. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
