Description
As of Wednesday, 30 May 2012, 1657, this combined synopsis/solicitation is amended as follows: 1. Change the NAICS from 334220 to 811213, and the size standard from 750 emoployees to $10 Million. 2. All other terms and conditions of this combined synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged. ****************************************************************************This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this request for quotation (RFQ) is N66001-12-T- 7649. The government is soliciting quotes for the purchase of commercial products. This requirement will result in a firm fixed priced purchase order. This solicitation is for small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 334220. The size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56 (03/02/2012) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), March 5, 2012.
