- 12q0077attachments 12q0077part2 12q0077part1 This requirement is for the refurbishment, recharging and recertification of 360each, Ansul 125 lb. capacity Halon 1301 System Cylinders. The Government will furnish the 1301 Halon used for the recharging. The contractor is required to pickup and transport the System Cylinders and the Government furnished cylinders containing the Halon 1301 from Defense Distribution Depot Richmond Virginia (DDRV) to the contractor's facility, perform the refurbishment and re-certification of the cylinders, and return the cylinders back to DDRV. A copy of the solicitation is provided with this notice. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside.
