- 12q0073attachments 12q0073part2 12q0073part1 This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items - as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which includes three attachments: the RFQ parts' 1 & 2 and the RFQ's attachments consisting of the statement of work and the wage determination. This requirement is for the refurbishment, recharging and recertification of Kidde 125 lb. and 95 lb. capacity Halon 1301 System Cylinders. The Government will furnish the 1301 Halon used for the recharging. The contractor is required to pickup and transport the system cylinders and the Government furnished cylinders containing the Halon 1301 from Defense Distribution Depot Richmond Virgina (DDRV) to the contractor's facility, perform the refurbishment, recharging and recertification of the cylinders, and return the cylinders back to DDRV. A copy of the solititation is provided with this notice. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside.
