- RFQP05101200028 BREAD The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, La Tuna, Anthony, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05101200028 for the requirements of: 4TH QUARTER BREAD - FY 2012. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, the NAICS code for this requirement is 311812. Deliveries will begin on or after July 1, 2012 and end September 30, 2012. Weekly deliveries will be required; a delivery scheduled will be available upon award. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, La Tuna, 8500 Doniphan Road, Anthony, Texas 79821. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Faith based and Community based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be available on or after June 5, 2012. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 19, 2012. This solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Service's Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the On Line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca/bpn.gov.
