- Description
- The Air Armament Center Operational Contracting, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Citadel Lumbar Fusion Systems under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Globus Medical, 2560 General Armistead Avenue, Audobon, PA 19403. Anticipated award date is 13 June 2012. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Citadel Lumbar Fusion System QTY, 14 Each Includes the following components: Screws (+/- 10 degrees; lengths from 22mm to 57mm)), QTY 88 EA; Sacral plate (symmetrical and asymmetrical), QTY 6 EA; Lumbosacral plate (symmetrical and asymmetrical), QTY 8 EA; Conduct Matrix Sponge, QTY 8 EA. These items must be delivered to: 96th Medical Material Management Squadron - FM2823 EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339113 small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation. The government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
