- This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 561621 and size standard is $12.5M. Only small business concerns who meet these requirements will be eligible for award. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract based upon the proposals received in response to this solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the "Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable" (LPTA) solution. Provide all management, labor, materials, supplies, vehicles, tools and equipment (not otherwise furnished as Government Furnished Property) to provide for the installation, operation, relocation, inspection, testing, modification, alteration, maintenance and 24-hour on-call repair of the ICIDS III, Security Alarm/Intrusion Detection Systems and Close Circuit Television System on Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
