- This is a notice of intent to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with Mizuho Orthopedic Systems, Inc. 30031 Ahern Avenue, Union City, CA 94587-1234 to purchase the following system. All Equipment Must Be Compatible with Mizuho Orthopedic and Imaging Table System. Interested parties may identify interest and capability by submitting technical and pricing data within 15 days of publication of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
