- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation number is N65726-12-T-0019, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. The associated NAICS code is 519190. This requirement is for the renewal of support for SunFire V880 Server, StorEdge C2 LTO3 Autoloader Storage Device and New Storage Array that is already owned. See attachment "N6572612T0019" for a breakdown of the individual line items for this requirement. This task shall have a period of performance of 27 May 2012 to 26 May 2013. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Contractors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Contractor will include completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Contractors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its quote. Clauses FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer; Central Contract Registration, DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options; apply to this solicitation. Quotes are due on 11 June 2012, by 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time, to the Naval Sea Logistics Center, 5450 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. All interested parties may submit proposals to the POC reflected above. "No telephonic responses will be accepted." Quotes shall be transmitted via e-mail. Contractors may contact Mr. Jonathan Hodges at jonathan.d.hodges@navy.mil for information regarding this solicitation. All questions must be submitted, by email, no later than 07 June 2012 at 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
