- The Government has received and responded to Industry's questions and concerns regarding this Draft Solicitation for the Mounted Family of Computer Systems (m-FoCS). Due to the abundance of questions received in regards to this draft solicitation, the Government only responded to Questions that were received before 11 May 2012 and did not respond to any questions received after this date. These questions and answers have been provided as a Microsoft Word Document titled "mFoCSQuestions_Answers" which can be accessed by clicking the link 'See Draft Solicitation' under the All Files section in the top right. The m-FoCS requirement will be solicited on a Full and Open Competition basis in a future announcement under solicitation number W15P7T-12-R-0001. Prior to the release of the official solicitation for the m-FoCS, the Government intends to provide Industry the ability to review the specs for the m-FoCS through the FedBizOpps Secure Document Package Function. Questions received from Industry revealed a need for clarification on some of the Specifications for the m-FoCS. The Government reserves the right to amend its responses and requirements before the Request for Proposals (RFP) is posted. The Government's final requirements will be contained in the posted RFP (i.e., solicitation number W15P7T-12-R-0001).
