- Pre-Solicitation Notice - Mobile MRI Services Department of the Air Force, Air Force Space Command, 30 CONS, 1515 Iceland Ave, Room 150, Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437-5212 The Air Force intends to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal Number FA4610-11-R-0017, for mobile magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at Vandenberg AFB, California, on or about 21 Jun 2010. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to provide mobile MRI services on Vandenberg AFB. The proposed period of performance is a one year period (30 Sep 2012 - 29 Sep 2013) with one year-long option period. This requirement will be competed using full and open competition. The NAICS code is 621512 and the size standard is $13.5M. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (CCR), lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
