- The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2232 has a requirement for 2 Each FORENSCI RECOVERY OF EVIDENCE DEVICE, P/N F12001R manufactured by DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334111, ELECTRONIC COMPUTER MANUFACTURING. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE product listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE IS LOCATED AT 17165 WEST GLENDALE DRIVE, NEW BERLIN, WI 53151. DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. Award is anticipated by COB 11 JUN 2012. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to Receiving Officer, SPAWAR SYSTEMS CENTER, ATLANTIC, 1008 TRIDENT STREET, HANAHAN, SC 29410 and shall be marked for (M/F) as specified. The contract line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are:***SEE ATTACHED **This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all SMALL BUSINESS responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. SPAWARLANT Charleston intends to award a sole source to DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE; however, if your company possesses the capabilities to meet the technical requirements/specifications, please provide the following information for consideration: (1) The technical specifications of the product your are proposing; (2) a Quote for the items listed in the RFQ; (3) ownership (i.e. Large, small or other concern). This information is required prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ announcement and should be addressed to the Business Specialist. Quotes are due to Michelle Cope, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 11 JUN 2012. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
