- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency's Sussex/Prince George County Office in Sussex, Virginia, is interested in leasing approximately 2,811 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,551 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 2,678 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 21 paved parking spaces. The general area of consideration shall consist of beginning at State Route 301 in Stony Creek, Virginia at the cross road of State Rte. 40 and State Rte. 301 proceeding north to State Rte 35 (known as the Courtland exit of I-95). Then heading north east on State Rte 156 to State Rte 460, then proceed easterly down Rte 460 to the town of Waverly at which point the direction will turn west and proceed along State Rte. 40 to the beginning point in Stony Creek, Virginia. These delineations shall include the towns of Waverly, Stony Creek, Carson, Sussex Courthouse, and Disputanta in the counties of Sussex and Prince George. Properties in 100 year flood plains will not be considered. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by June 1, 2013.
