- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Riverton Delineated Area: City limits of Riverton, WY Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 930 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 977 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 (surface) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •(a) Space shall be contiguous and second floor or above is required. Elevator service is required. •(b) Sites which are located directly on a highway or six-lane thoroughfare shall not be considered if the office is not immediately accessible from both directions of traffic and a traffic device is located at the intersection for control of left turning traffic. Signage 500' before the office and a slow down lane are required for off highway entrances. Space offered shall be located within the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street serving the office. •(c) Buildings containing warehouse, residential, manufacturing or buildings located in or near industrial zones or manufacturing buildings or complexes may not be acceptable. Office space shall not be located within 500 feet of any bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors or other businesses that produce smells detectable within the SSA space or large fluctuations in traffic. •(d) Offered space shall be located within one mile of restaurants and shopping. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, ABAAS accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
