Solicitation Number: VA249-12-R-0599 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: Added: Jun 05, 2012 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a contract for ten (10) fully furnished apartments to lodge stem cell transplant patients and their caregivers for the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Nashville, TN. The contract period is expected to run October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 with 2 option renewal periods thereafter. The NAICS Code is 721310. The Solicitation package will be available on June 5, 2012. The Offer due date for proposals is included in the solicitation. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit that CCR website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing.
