- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. government requires the lease of materials and labor services to provide, set up, and tear down tents, tent flooring and cots to be operational and ready for use at Thebephatshwa Air Base, Gaborone, Botswana from 26 July to 19 August 2012. The Contractor shall provide all materials and services according to the attached Performance Work Statement.
