- Four (4) 4x4 Vehicles, Gators or equivalent *MUST BE NEW - NO refurbished or gray-market accepted *Enclosed CAB (front/back/sides where PAX/Driver sits) *Heat and A/C *Ability to drive on public road (e.g. must have tail lights, brake lights, head lights, blinkers, windshield wipers, horn, seatbelts). *Diesel powered preferred (able to fuel via OOP with stevedore services) *Automatic transmission *Electric power steering *Roll over protection (safety feature) *Be capable of reaching at minimal 25 MPH prefer 35 MPH (meets base road MPH) *Lockable w/ keys *Key ignition *Tires that can drive over concrete, rock, dirt, pavement *Small bed in back for carrying cargo related items/tools *Capable of transporting at minimal 2 personnel *Minimal 1 year warranty All Small Business and/or 8(a) companies who have interest in this effort are encouraged to contact the buyer at daniel.s.woppert.civ@mail.mil.
