Description

REPAIR: This acquisition is to add one repair NSN/PN to an existing IDIQ contract (Contract# F09603-03-D-0001) for calendar year 2012. It is applicable to the AAQ-23 system. The repair addition is as follows: NSN: 1280-01-570-1501 AY, Noun: Sensor Assembly, P/N 8426367-1, Quantity: Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) 10 ea for CY 2012. The proposed contract action is sole source to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc, Cage Code: 72314 under statutory authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not currently own the technical data. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The approximate solicitation issue date is 20-Jun-2012.
