Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Cheyenne Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Starting from the intersection of Interstate 25 and Central Avenue and traveling in an easterly direction along Central Avenue, to Yellowstone Road and traveling in a northerly direction to the intersection of Yellowstone Road and Dell Range Boulevard and traveling in an easterly direction to the intersection of Dell Range Boulevard and Converse Avenue. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Dell Range Boulevard and Converse Avenue and traveling in a southerly direction along Converse Avenue to Nationway and traveling in a westerly direction to the intersection of Nationway and Norris Viaduct, then south to East 5th Street, West to Morrie Avenue, in a southerly direction to Avenue C, continuing south to East College Drive; at East College Drive proceed in a westerly direction to Interstate 25 then south three miles to High Plains Road. Southern Boundary: From the intersection of Interstate 25 and High Plains Road and heading in a northwesterly direction along High Plans Road to West College Drive, then heading in a northeasterly direction along West College Drive to Interstate 25. Western Boundary: From the intersection of West College Drive and Interstate 25 and traveling in a northerly direction along Interstate 25 to the intersection of Interstate 25 and Central Avenue. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,200 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): 8 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: In addition to the 8 onsite parking spaces, public parking and an area where a tractor trailer can be temporarily parked is required within ¼ of a mile. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
