- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for GSA or Open Market providers: This agency requires one Fingerprint Card Scanning System (Software and Hardware) to be used to transmit fingerprint cards to the Federal Investigative Service for processing in support of government employee background investigations. The system must be certified by the FBI (See the link below to verify which scanners are certified) and must meet FISMA requirements.
