- AMENDMENT 0001 EFFECTIVE JUNE 07, 2012 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO RE-OPEN SOLICITATION N66001-12- T-7110 AND TO CORRECT THE FOLLOWING: - RFQ DATE EFFECTIVE JUNE 07, 2012. - RFQ TO CLOSE ON JUNE 13, 2012 AT 10:00 AM PACIFIC TIME. - TO CORRECT THE DELIVERY DATE TO JUNE 30, 2012. - TO ADD BRAND NAME OR EQUAL ON EACH LINE ITEM. - TO ADD ONE YEAR ON LINE ITEMS 0002, 0004, 0010, 0015, 0016 AND 0017. - TO CORRECT THE NAICS CODE FROM 423430 TO 334119. - SEE ATTACHED SF18 FOR LINE ITEMS DESCRIPTIONS. ======================================================== This is a request for quotation under (RFQ) N66001-12-T-7110 for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The applicable NAICS code is 423430. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 (08/2/10) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Current to DCN, August 20, 2010. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order to the technically acceptable lowest offeror. This RFQ closes on FEBRUARY 07, 2012 at 08:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). QUOTES MUST BE SENT VIA THE E-COMMERCE WEBSITE AT: https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil ONLY QUOTES RECEIVED FROM AUTHORIZED/ CERTIFIED CISCO RESELLER OR PARTNER WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR REVIEW.
