Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to ForteBio, Inc., 1360 Willow Road, Suite 205, Menlo Park, CA 94025-1524, for continued maintenance: an on-site service agreement for an Octet RED System, part #, an on-site service agreement for Sidekick, and and preventive maintenance service which includes a service visit and lamp replacement. It is currently planned to have two (2) option years on this requirement. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may use e-mail to identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement before the expiration date of the advertisement.
