- Description
- The 152nd Airlift Wing requires demolition of Building 13 at the Nevada Air National Guard Base. The magnitude is below $150,000. Work shall be executed in accordance with the required government specifications. Water and electricity required will be furnished by the Government. The work is not in a restricted area. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors/Demolition); The Business Size Standard is $14,000,000 in average annual receipts for the last three years. Work on this contract is to demolish the old Vehicle Maintenance Facility. This demolition will involve the existing building and all pavement, utilities and associated equipment. All plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to accomplish this project must be furnished by the contractor. Plans and specifications will be available at Nevada Blue, 9738 S. Virginia Street, Reno, Nevada, (775) 788-4539, www.nvblue.com, under title "Demolish Building 13." Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy of the solicitation from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments, questions and answers will be posted on FedBizOpps. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This project will be solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract based on "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable".
