- Small Business Sources Sought This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking Small Business responses in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. Beale Air Force Base (BAFB) intends to procure removal of existing car wash system equipment, purchase replacement car wash system equipment, and installation of new equipment to existing utilities. The designated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811192. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 7542. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $7.0 Million annual revenue. The products/services required are: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide removal of existing car wash system and installation of new system. CLIN 0001 - Removal/disposal of existing car wash system. CLIN 0002 - Removal/disposal of existing pressure washer. CLIN 0003 - #IC-QTE-41612-KY New Interclean high pressure 2-Step touchless wash system with reclaim system for water recycling and Reverse Osmosis system, 6,600 GPD, for final rinse. No dryers/blowers. Stainless steel rinse arch, stainless chemical arches, spinner arch, rear wash arch under chassis sprayer, tire guide rails, reclaim module, air compressor, water softener, 5 gals chem with test kit for start-up, Windows PC based master control panel. Includes electrical hook-up to exising source, and afresh make-up water hook-up to existing source. Includes start-up with training. Or equal - must meet specifications/performance of requested part-number. CLIN 0004 - Install new system using existing concrete pad, Jensen in-ground separator, piping, electrical connection and canopy structure. Includes freight and rental forklift and scissor lifts. CLIN 0005 - #Mi-T-M HEG 2004-0e2g, 4.2 gpm, 2,000 psi, 230v 1 ph, hot water pressure washer with stainless steel low pressure soaping (unit will do high and low pressure soaping). Includes 3/8"x50' hose, dual lance with professional grade trigger gun, 4 nozzle tips, 10" draft diverter, adjustable thermostat, and water inlet pre-filter. Includes stainless steel low pressure soap injector, filter canister, filter housing bracket, RO pre-filter, 20 5-micron filters. Or equal - must meet specifications/performance of requested part-number. CLIN 0006 - Install new system. Freight, and installation of new pressure washer (includes hook-up to existing customer electrical). Government structure has 15'6" clearance and 1" water inlet pipe. Your response shall include the following information: • Size of company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), • Revenue for last three years. • Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last five years and your company's capability to do this type of work. • Teaming Arrangements to include relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last five years. • Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
