Description

Sources Sought (revised) This is a sources sought announcement only. A similar notice was previously released under VA528-12-R-0283_1 on March 13, 2012. However, this notice contains a geographical restriction that was not previously included. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to NAICS Code 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers, Size Standard $13.5 Million. The Network Contracting Activity at Canandaigua (VISN 2) has a requirement for a contractor to provide off-site Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) technical services for beneficiaries of the Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, NY. All work performed under this contract will be completed at the Contractor's facility (not a mobile unit). The Contractor's site must be within a 30-mile radius of the Stratton VA Medical Center. Responses to this sources sought must include the following information: 1. General information about your company: name, address, contact person name, phone number, fax number, email address(s), DUNS number, and company website if available. 2. Type of business, such as: 8(a), Small Business, HubZone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business. Responses to this market survey should be emailed to: Heather Schrader, Contract Specialist at Heather.Schrader@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. June 15, 2012. No solicitation document is available at this time; this notice is to acquire information only. Vendors interested in providing an offer will have to respond to a separate solicitation announcement that shall be published separately.
