Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment spare parts applicable to the AN/ALQ-172(V)2 Countermeasures Set using other than full and open competition procedures. A new Firm Fixed Price, IDIQ type contract with 5 one-year ordering periods is contemplated. Items/quantities are as follows: NSN 5895-01-557-7498EW, P/N 2683355G001, Core Memory Unit, Applicable AN/ALQ-172(V)2 Countermeasures Set Ordering Period "1" (Date of Award Thru 12 months) First Articles 3 Each First Article Test Data 1 Lot Required Delivery 180 Calendar Days After Receipt of Delivery Order Ordering Period "2" (13-24 Calendar Months After Award) Production Articles 1-50 Each Production Reporting Data 1 Lot Required Delivery 180 Days After Receipt of delivery order or first article approval, whichever is later. Ordering Period "3" (25-36 Calendar Months After Award) Production Articles 1-50 Each Production Reporting Data 1 Lot Required Delivery 180 Days After Receipt of delivery order or first article approval, whichever is later. Ordering Period "4" (37-48 Calendar Months After Award) Production Articles 1-50 Each Production Reporting Data 1 Lot Required Delivery 180 Days After Receipt of delivery order or first article approval, whichever is later. Ordering Period "5" (49-60 Calendar Months After Award) Production Articles 1-50 Each Production Reporting Data 1 Lot Required Delivery 180 Days After Receipt of delivery order or first article approval, whichever is later. Solicitation will be sole source to ITT Corporation, ITT Electronic Systems / Electronic Warfare Systems, 77 River Road, Clifton, NJ 07014-2099 (CAGE 28527) pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1).
