- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of the Army at Fort Leonard Wood has to procure (22) Portable Oscillating Water misting fans. There is an additional requirement to procure (30) more fans if funds become available. This will be a fixed price supply contract; Small Business set-aside; NAICS code is 333412 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. CLIN 0001 - Portable Oscillating Water Misting Fans; qty 20/each CLIN 0002 - Portable Oscillating Water Misting Fans; qty 11/each CLIN 0003 - Portable Oscillating Water Misting Fans; qty 30/each (**SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS**) Specification for Portable Oscillating Water Misting Fans: Must be able to stand-up to extreme military field environments (humidity, sand, heat) Must be an integrated unit with wheels for easy portability.
