- Far Clauses food bid Food Bid Request for proposal IJCC2012BID9 Food Service Supplies The Iroquois Job Corps Center (IJCC) and Education & Training Resources (ETR); located at11780 Tibbets Rd, Medina, N.Y. 14103, are desirous of a fully insured contractor to submit a bid on the federally funded project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily perform the following work project according to the established criteria contained within same. P otential bidders must have or obtain a Dunn & Bradstreet (DUNS) number to be awarded a federal contract. Potential bidders must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before being awarded a federal contract. Final bids are due to this center, not later than 11 July 2012 at 4:00 PM. Point of contact for this project is the Purchasing Department. They can be reached via email at burrage.tina@etrky.com Scope of Work 1. Vendors are needed to provide and deliver food service items to the Iroquois Job Corps Center. Please use the bid sheet attached on the Fed Biz Ops site. 2. All materials and materials delivery to our location (11780 Tibbets Rd. Medina NY 14103), are to be furnished by the successful bidder (s). Deliveries will only be made to the center Wednesdays mornings between the hours of 7:30am and 9:30am. This bid contract will run from July 22 - October 31,2012.
