- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to OMICRON Electronic parts. It is intended to place a firm fixed price order with OMICRON Manufacturing for the following items: US Transformer Test System PN VE000646; Transport Case with Wheels for CPC 100 PN VEHP0066; CP SP1 for Automatic Turns Ratio and Dynamic and Static Resistance Measurements of 3 Phase Transformer PN VEHZ0692; CP Test Cards PN VESM0610; CP VT Test Cards PN VESM0615; and, shipping for these parts. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and does not consistitute a solicitation. However, all quotes received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be consdiered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Delivery of the items is due 30 days after date of award.
