General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: SPE601-12-R-0331 Posted Date: 27 June 2012 Original Response Date: 7 August 2012 Current Response Date: Original Archive Date: Current Archive Date: Classification Code: 25 - Vehicular Equipment Component NAICS Code: 423120 - Motor Vehicle Supplies and New Parts Merchant Wholesalers Contracting Office Address Defense Logistics Agency Energy, 1014 Billy Mitchell Blvd, Suite 128, San Antonio, TX, 78226, Description The Government intends to procure as a Small Business Set Aside for delivery of an estimated quantity of 100 EA Holland Heavy Duty Mark V Landing Gear kit with self-leveling foot, Holland Part#LGH-3A012 or equivalent; 10 EA Great Dane Landing Gear kit, Model 5000 19" Travel I-Beam Mount 10"x10" Cushion Foot, Great Dane Part #GD70-19 or equivalent; 40 EA Holland Crank Handle, Holland #XA-V90-0 or equivalent, F.O.B. Origin over a two year period. The period of performance will be 1 September 2012 to 31 August 2015. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Requirements -type contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Acquisition Procedures. Award will be made to the offeror determined to the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered, using the Best Value Source Selection Process. Specifically, the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process will be utilized in accordance with FAR 15.101.2. The solicitation will be issued on or about 6 July 2012 and will be posted to the FedBizOpps web page (http:fbo.gov/). The anticipated award date will be 31 August 2012. If you do not have internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign and return the entire solicitation package before the closing date/time stated in the solicitation package.
